Ordering
The simplest and secure way to place your
order is through our online shopping cart
using VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. We also accept check/MO and credit
card orders through the mail. Please use
the shopping cart system for mail in orders,
and print out the final order to mail.
Specify any unique ordering or shipping
requests under "Special Instructions" in
the Shopping Cart. Your order will be confirmed
via email. We will ship to virtually any
address on the planet.
Please make your check or postal money
order (drawn on U.S. banks only) payable
to Dana Marie Design
Co. and enclose with
the completed form.
If you have a 'spam-guard' like from Earthlink,
or an AOL block on your email, confirmation
of your order and shipment information
may bounce back to us and you will receive
no correspondence regarding your order.
Shipping & Handling
- All in stock orders are shipped within 24
hours of receipt via USPS Priority Mail
or UPS for heavier packages.
- If there
is any delay in shipping, we will contact
you as to your preferences.

- If
you require a special shipping method,
or rush delivery, please contact us directly.
You should receive your order within 7-10
days (Continental US) or less! Any backordered
items will be shipped at no additional
charge. Temporarily out of stock items may take longer.

Guarantee
Our policy is to provide great stuff.
If something isn't what you expected, return
it to us, in perfect condition within
30 days for a full refund. Items returned
after 30 days will be issued a credit memo
for future use. Shipping and Yardage Cut
Items are not refundable. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be required for all returns. Please request one via email or phone.
